A Certified ROR (Record of Rights) in Uttarakhand, also known as a certified Khata Vivaran or Khatauni, is a digitally signed copy of the land record generated by the Revenue Department's Bhulekh Uttarakhand system. Per the record's own format, a digitally signed copy does not need a separate signature or seal, and its authenticity can be checked using the QR code and Document ID printed on it. It shows the Khatedar's (landholder's) name, father's/husband's/guardian's name, residence, the year the land right was established, Khasra number, area in hectares, dues payable, and any orders or remarks, grouped by land category (Shreni). You can request it by selecting your Janpad (District), Tehsil and Gram (Village), then searching by Khasra/Gata Number or Khata Number.
