How far back do the records go?

Certified Copies and Encumbrance Certificates cover the period after 1933. Availability depends on the records held by the concerned Sub-Registrar Office.

What if the survey number changed after the resurvey?

Resurvey has renumbered parcels in many villages. We work with both the old and new references where the records allow, and tell you if a parcel cannot be matched cleanly across the two.

Will the documents be in Telugu or English?

Government records are issued in the language the department maintains them in and we deliver them as issued, but we can arrange an English translation separately if you need one for a bank or an outstation buyer, if the document is in Telugu language.

What if a record is not available for my property?

We tell you which record could not be retrieved and why, and refund the amount for that document accordingly.

3. Pattadar Passbook (Latest) (పట్టాదారు పాస్‌బుక్) - The Pattadar Passbook is the ownership document issued to the registered holder of agricultural land, recording the survey numbers and extent held. It is the primary proof of agricultural landholding in Telangana.

4. ROR (Latest) (ఆర్‌ఓఆర్-1బి) - The Record of Rights sets out the registered owner, extent of holding and nature of rights over the land. It is the primary land record maintained by the Revenue Department.
