Certified Copies cover deeds registered after 1920 and Encumbrance Certificates cover the period after 1970. Availability depends on the records held by the concerned Sub-Registrar Office.

Why does the pack include both FMB and Village Map?

The FMB shows the measurements and boundaries of your specific survey number, while the Village Map shows where that survey number sits in relation to surrounding parcels, roads and water bodies.

What if a record is not available for my property?

We tell you which record could not be retrieved and why, and refund the amount for that document accordingly.

The Patta is in the previous owner's name. Can you help transfer it?
