Terms and Conditions

1. Rent Amount

The Tenant shall pay a monthly rent of

2. Security Deposit

7. Electricity and Utility Charges

Electricity, water, gas, internet, and other utility charges shall be paid by the Tenant based on actual usage.

8. Maintenance Charges

Society maintenance charges (if applicable) shall be paid by the Landlord / Tenant (choose one).

9. Use of Property

The rented premises shall be used for residential purposes only and not for any commercial or illegal activities.

10. Subletting

The Tenant shall not sublet or transfer the premises to any third party without written permission from the Landlord.

11. Alterations

The Tenant shall not make structural changes, drilling, or modifications without prior consent of the Landlord.

12. Property Maintenance

The Tenant shall maintain the property in good condition and shall be responsible for minor day-to-day repairs.

13. Damage to Property

Any damage caused to the property or fixtures by the Tenant shall be repaired or compensated by the Tenant.

14. Inspection

The Landlord or his/her authorized representative may inspect the property with prior notice to the Tenant.

15. Rent Increase

If the agreement is renewed, the rent may be increased by

16. Termination Notice

Either party may terminate this agreement by giving one month prior written notice.

17. Illegal Activities

The Tenant shall not use the premises for any unlawful, immoral, or illegal purposes.
