135-D Mutation Notice (હક્ક પત્રક ફેરફાર માટે ૧૩૫-ડી નોટિસ) is a notice issued under Section 135-D of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code when a new ferfar (mutation) entry is recorded in the Hakk Patrak for a piece of land.
