Mutation Status, also known as Dakhil-Kharij status, is an online record from the Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Department showing the progress and outcome of a land mutation application. It shows the case status, description of land, applicant and party details, uploaded document details, key dates in the process, and a full action history from the concerned Revenue Officer. Users can check it by selecting their District, Achal, and Financial Year, then searching by their Case Number. A mutation case can end in either approval or rejection, along with downloadable copies of the Receipt, CO Order, and Correction Slip.
